New Years Resolutions, what a wonderful thing they are. If they only work..... And guess why they don't work.... Because we always aim for our ideal too fast instead of taking it one step at the time and because they requre radical changes in our behaviours and habits. We either have to give up a lot of our favourite food or give up on the alcohol we self medicate with or take more exercise, we are not prepared for. Having said that new years resolutions can be a good thing if we only learn instead of focusing on what we don't want to focus on what we do want and take it one step at a time.
But there is something else, the motivational coaches will tell you, and that is our subconsious mind, our programming from our childhood and why our brain will keep on stopping us in our tracks. So I have made it my mission, after I started looking deep inside me and started to heal my childhood mental wounds, to help people who want to lose weight, to help people who want to have more money, to help people who suffer with depression and anxiety to turn their lives around and be themselves and live much better lives.
